Skills: Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
• College Degree preferred, along with 5 years professional work experience in a related field preferably in an sales role
• Two years infrastructure or application software industry experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast paced, professional environment as part of a team
• Organized and detail oriented enough to simultaneously manage multiple tasks for many clients, and to follow through on all steps of a mutli-month sales cycle to ensure it closes
• Must be a self starter with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills

As an Account Manager you'll work with assigned clients large and small to build relationships that lead to revenue opportunities. You'll coordinate the use of support and engineering resources both pre and post sales and monitor usage of the system to identify add-on sales opportunities. You'll also:
• Conduct presentations / software demonstrations discussing AppLogic with clients
• Develop relationships with various client personnel in order to accurately monitor client needs and satisfaction
• Track and process all sales of client services
• Report major client issues back to Management
• Notify clients of new hardware, software and professional service
offerings
• Monitor new component installations to ensure they are timely, accurate and billed
• Maintain updated client profiles
You'll be expected to work additional hours other than the standard eight (8) hour work day, including frequent evenings and occasional weekends
